AMD and ServiceNow predicted to surpass Palantir's market value, analysts see potential

From Nasdaq: 2025-02-06 04:00:00

Palantir Technologies achieved a market value of $230 billion after reporting strong fourth-quarter results. Analysts believe Advanced Micro Devices (AMD) and ServiceNow will surpass this figure in the next year. Rosenblatt’s AMD target price of $250 implies 127% upside, while Citigroup’s ServiceNow target of $1,426 implies 40% upside.

AMD, a semiconductor company, has been gaining market share in CPUs and data centers. While it competes with Nvidia, it faces challenges in AI accelerators. Despite beating earnings estimates, data center sales fell short. ServiceNow provides workflow automation software and AI capabilities. The company reported 21% revenue growth in Q4, with a flat operating margin.

Investors are encouraged to consider buying positions in both AMD and ServiceNow. Despite the rich valuation of ServiceNow, potential upside remains with new AI products. “Double Down” alerts have been issued for three companies, including Nvidia, Apple, and Netflix, offering lucrative opportunities for investors.
