Stardust Power Inc. has entered into an exclusive licensing agreement with KMX Technologies for lithium extraction and concentration technology in the U.S., Canada, and select global markets. This partnership supports Stardust Power’s mission to expand the North American lithium supply chain and promote onshoring critical minerals. KMX’s VMD technology enhances economic feasibility by efficiently concentrating lithium from brine with minimal losses and producing high-quality water as a byproduct. Stardust Power plans to deploy this technology throughout its supply chain to improve environmental sustainability and economic efficiency at its Muskogee, Oklahoma lithium refinery. The company’s stock, SDST, is trading 9.4054% higher on the NASDAQ Global Market.
