Authorities have arrested Brent Kovar for allegedly running a Ponzi scheme that promised investors annual returns of 15% to 30%. Kovar used a YouTube video and PowerPoint presentation to attract investors to the scheme. The scheme is estimated to have defrauded investors of millions of dollars.
