Howard Hughes Holdings Inc. received a revised proposal from Pershing Square Capital Management L.P. regarding a possible transaction. The Special Committee met with Pershing Square to discuss the proposal, which replaces the initial one. The Special Committee has not engaged in negotiations yet and will evaluate the revised proposal. It is conditioned on a definitive agreement and approval by the Special Committee and HHH Board of Directors. There is no assurance that the proposed transaction will be pursued. Morgan Stanley & Co.
