Saint-Gobain appoints Maud Thuaudet as Chief Financial Officer, effective April 1, 2025. She joined in 2019 and played a key role in strategic plans and recent acquisitions. Sreedhar, current CFO, will become CEO of Asia-Pacific Region and Saint-Gobain India on the same date. Benoit Bazin, Chairman and CEO, praised Thuaudet’s contributions to the company’s growth and success, particularly in recent acquisitions.

The appointment of Maud Thuaudet as CFO follows her role as Group Vice-President Strategy and General Manager of Saint-Gobain Glass in France. Sreedhar, the current CFO, will transition to CEO roles in the Asia-Pacific Region, Australia, New Zealand, and Saint-Gobain India starting April 1, 2025. Benoit Bazin, Chairman and CEO, highlighted Thuaudet’s role in shaping strategic plans and overseeing successful acquisitions during her time with the company.
