Keurig Dr Pepper leads Nasdaq 100 with 3.8% increase, MicroStrategy is worst performer.

In early trading, Keurig Dr Pepper leads Nasdaq 100 with a 3.8% increase and a year-to-date gain of 10.2%. On the flip side, MicroStrategy is the worst performer of the day, down 7.2% with a year-to-date drop of 9.4%. Marvell Technology is down 3.2% while Diamondback Energy is up 3.2%.
