Lemonade (LMND) stock dropped 15.2% after forecasting 2025 revenue below Wall Street’s estimates. The digital insurer projected revenue to be between $655 million and $657 million this year, lower than analysts’ expectations of $663.4 million. Lemonade also projected first-quarter revenue between $143 million and $145 million, compared to Wall Street’s estimate of $152 million. The company expects a full-year adjusted EBITDA loss of between $140 million and $135 million, with a first-quarter adjusted EBITDA loss between $49 million and $46 million. The company’s net loss in the fourth quarter narrowed to $30 million, with total customers rising to 2.43 million. Lemonade aims to achieve positive adjusted EBITDA in 2026. Retail sentiment on Stocktwits shifted from ‘extremely bullish’ to ‘neutral,’ with one user predicting the stock to trade between $15 and $17. Lemonade stock has gained 78.6% in the past year.
