The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission has announced recalls for various products including gas boilers, triathlon bicycles, wall sconces, window shades, baby loungers, high chairs, pajama sets, robes, and avalanche transceivers due to safety hazards.

Triangle Tube is recalling around 60,000 units of Prestige and Aerco Esteem Gas Boilers after two reported deaths from Carbon Monoxide poisoning. Canyon Bicycles USA is recalling Speedmax CF Triathlon Bicycles, Kichler Lighting is recalling Wall Sconces, and Allesin is recalling Blackout Roller Window Shades.

Wayfair is recalling Style Life Eleven Baby Loungers, Costway is recalling Babyjoy High Chairs, Forever 21 is recalling Children’s Pajamas, P.J. Salvage is recalling Pajama Sets and Robes, and ARVA is recalling NEO BT PRO Avalanche Transceivers due to various safety concerns.

Consumers are advised to stop using the recalled products immediately and contact the respective companies for repair, replacement, or refund options. Each product has specific instructions for consumers to follow to ensure safety.
