IBA and Apollo Hospitals sign deal to provide proton therapy solutions in India

IBA signed a letter of intent with Apollo Hospitals to provide a compact Proteus®ONE proton therapy solution in India, expanding access to proton therapy. The agreement builds on an existing partnership, with Apollo planning to treat patients with Proteus®ONE systems by 2028. The usual price for a Proteus®ONE system with a multi-year maintenance contract is between 35 and 45 million euros. This collaboration aims to enhance cancer treatment in India and globally.
