Amazon partnered with Anthropic, investing $8 billion over two years. Amazon released a hybrid reasoning model, challenging OpenAI’s ChatGPT success.

OpenAI CEO, Sam Altman, acknowledged ChatGPT’s complexity and is working on enhancing user experience. Amazon’s hybrid reasoning model may not be a checkmate move against ChatGPT.
