Diversified Energy, FuelCell Energy, and TESIAC have joined forces to create an Acquisition and Development Company aimed at providing off-grid data center power projects using coal mine methane and natural gas. The partnership will supply up to 360 megawatts of electricity to locations in Virginia, West Virginia, and Kentucky, within two years. This collaboration will leverage natural gas production, fuel cell technology, and innovative financing to offer a sustainable energy solution for data centers, reducing carbon footprints and creating economic benefits in the Appalachian region.
