Carmell Corporation has rebranded to Longevity Health Holdings, Inc. The company’s stock now trades under the symbols “XAGE” and “XAGEW”. The new name reflects a focus on longevity and healthy aging, including diagnostics and nutrition. Following the acquisition of Elevai Skincare, Inc., sales grew by an average of 34% in the first two months of 2025. The company expects revenues of $3 to $4 million in FY25. New products, including a Hair Growth Serum and Undereye Crème, are set to launch in the second quarter of 2025. Patrick Sturgeon has been appointed as Vice Chairman.
