Village Farms International reported a 18% increase in consolidated sales to $336.2 million for the full year of 2024. Canadian Cannabis sales grew by 31% year-over-year, with retail branded sales up by 23%. The company holds the #1 market share in dried flower, #2 in pre-rolls, and #3 overall market share in 2024. Full-year consolidated cash flow from operations was $10.3 million.
In the fourth quarter of 2024, Village Farms saw a 11% increase in consolidated sales to $82.6 million. International sales grew by 113% year-over-year, with expectations to triple in 2025. Adjusted EBITDA was impacted by a non-cash inventory impairment of $10.5 million. The company also broke ground on a Phase II expansion in the Netherlands to increase production capacity.
