ZetaDisplay is considering issuing senior secured bonds and has announced a conditional tender offer for its outstanding 2023/2026 bonds. The company is exploring the possibility of issuing new senior secured floating rate bonds in the amount of SEK 500,000,000 with a tenor of 3 years. The net proceeds from the new bonds will be used to refinance existing debt, fund potential acquisitions, and cover general corporate purposes. Holders of existing bonds have the option to tender them for purchase by the company at a price of 102.325% plus accrued and unpaid interest. The tender offer expires upon the close of the book-building process for the new bonds.
