Rubrik (NYSE:RBRK) stock soared 25% after reporting a smaller-than-expected quarterly loss and strong revenue forecast for fiscal 2026.

In the fourth quarter, Rubrik posted a loss per share of $0.18, beating analyst expectations of a $0.38 loss. Revenue rose to $258.1 million, up from $233.1 million last year.

Rubrik expects fiscal 2026 losses per share between $1.23 and $1.13, with full-year revenue projected to reach $1.145 billion to $1.16 billion.
