DocuSign (NASDAQ:DOCU) reported fourth-quarter earnings above expectations, leading to an 18% stock increase. Earnings per share were $0.86, beating estimates of $0.84. Revenue for the quarter reached $776.3 million, surpassing the $760.99 million consensus.

Despite a strong quarter, DocuSign’s fiscal 2026 outlook fell short of expectations. First-quarter revenue is projected between $745 million and $749 million, below the $755.7 million estimate. Full-year revenue is forecasted between $3.129 billion and $3.141 billion, slightly under the expected $3.15 billion.
