Global Federal Credit Union and First Financial Northwest, Inc. announced the expected closing date for Global’s acquisition of First Financial Northwest Bank on April 11, 2025. After the acquisition, First Financial Northwest Inc. will distribute remaining net assets and cash proceeds to shareholders before dissolving.
