Stocks across major indexes rose with gains of around 0.5-0.85%

The S&P 500, Dow Jones, and Nasdaq all closed higher on Monday, with gains of 0.64%, 0.85%, and 0.55% respectively. March E-mini S&P futures are also up 0.66%.
