Through this alliance, NatWest aims to improve digital assistant services for tasks like fraud identification, financial management, and goal setting. The bank is working on over 275 AI initiatives, with GenAI functionality by Cora+ showing a 150% increase in customer satisfaction. NatWest is committed to responsible and ethical AI use, following its Artificial Intelligence & Data Ethics Code of Conduct.
