The final offers are expected to value Jeppesen between $8-9 billion, surpassing initial expectations. Jeppesen, founded in the 1930s, is viewed as a valuable asset in the aerospace industry.

The sale of Jeppesen would mark one of the biggest carve-out transactions in recent years. Potential bidders are vying for the opportunity to acquire Jeppesen, a company that provides navigation products and software. If TransDigm successfully acquires Jeppesen, it would be the company’s largest acquisition, expanding its offerings in the aerospace sector.
