Orbcomm and parent company GI DI Orion Acquisition had their debt ratings affirmed by Moody’s, remaining in speculative territory. Moody’s reassigned the ratings to Orbcomm, with a Caa1 rating seven notches below investment-grade. Orbcomm’s weak financials include a 10X debt/EBITDA ratio and $310 million in revenue in 2021.
