Boohoo Group gains support for Debenhams rebrand despite criticism from major shareholder Frasers

A conflict between Boohoo and Frasers Group arose after a revenue decline report. Frasers Group suggested a CEO change, rejected by Boohoo due to competition. Frasers Group also criticized Boohoo’s financial practices and lack of transparency, while Boohoo prioritizes shareholder value creation.
