GeoPark, an energy company in Latin America, is divesting non-core assets to focus on sustainable growth. It sold its Llanos 32 Block in Colombia and Manati gas field in Brazil for $20m. These assets had 2.9mboe reserves and 712boepd production last year. GeoPark is also looking at cost reduction measures to save $5–7m annually.
