Johnson & Johnson leads Dow, up 0.6%; Amgen down 1.9%.

In early trading, Johnson & Johnson led the Dow Jones Industrial Average, up 0.6% with a year-to-date gain of 6.6%. On the flip side, Amgen was the worst performer, down 1.9% for the day but still showing a YTD gain of 15.5%. NVIDIA and Honeywell International also made moves, trading down 1.3% and up 0.3%, respectively.
