The Quality Group, majority-owned by CVC, will own a majority shareholding in Raw Nutrition, a Florida-based business founded in 2019. Raw Nutrition aims to grow its product portfolio and US presence, staying independent under the partnership. CEO Dom Iacovone emphasizes strategic partnership over financial gain. The Quality Group CEO Heikki Takala highlights the companies’ connection to target audiences. The Quality Group previously sold a majority stake to CVC three years ago and recently launched the More Nutrition brand in the UK.
