Jura Energy Corporation has received a favorable ruling on costs in its ICC arbitration proceedings against Petroleum Exploration (Private) Limited. PEL must pay approximately US$0.54 million to Jura’s operating subsidiaries, Spud Energy Pty Limited and Frontier Holdings Limited, by June 29, 2025. Jura is working to enforce the cost award in Pakistani Courts, a process expected to extend into the medium-term.
