Delta Air Lines has decided not to expand flying in the second half of the year due to disappointing bookings related to President Trump’s trade policies. The airline cut its first-quarter earnings outlook and is now expecting flat capacity year over year. Stock rallied after Trump announced lower tariff rates. Delta reported adjusted earnings per share of 46 cents and revenue of $12.98 billion in the first quarter, beating expectations.
