Fortuna Mining Corp. reports Q1 2025 production results, including 91,893 ounces of gold and 103,459 gold equivalent ounces. The Lindero leach pad expansion project was completed within budget. The company reiterates its 2025 annual production guidance of 334,000 to 373,000 ounces of gold and 0.9 to 1.0 million ounces of silver.
In West Africa, the Séguéla Mine in Côte d’Ivoire saw strong production with 138,500 ounces of gold produced in Q1 2025. Mining operations focused on the Antenna, Koula, and Ancien Pits with successful resource upgrade drilling.
Yaramoko Mine in Burkina Faso maintained targeted production in Q1 2025, with 33,073 ounces of gold produced. Changes in stope sequencing led to a decrease in grade but an increase in production. Mining commenced at the 109 Zone open pit.
In Latin America, Lindero Mine in Argentina completed the leach pad expansion project, producing 20,320 ounces of gold in Q1 2025. The gold production decrease was due to lower ore grade placed on the pad. The 14.5 MWh photovoltaic plant project is 76% complete.
At Caylloma Mine in Peru, 242,993 ounces of silver, 8.8 million pounds of lead, and 13.8 million pounds of zinc were produced in Q1 2025. Production remained consistent with the previous quarter, meeting the planned mining sequence.
