FEMSA held its Annual Shareholders’ Assembly, approving the financial statements for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2024. Shareholders also elected board members and committee members for 2025. A dividend payment for 2024 was approved, with Ps. 4.5826 per FEMSAUBD unit and Ps. 3.8190 per FEMSAUB unit. Additionally, an extraordinary dividend payment was approved, with Ps. 10.1084 per FEMSAUBD unit and Ps. 8.4240 per FEMSAUB unit. Payments will be made in four installments starting April 25, 2025.
