Theratechnologies responds to press release from Future Pak, LLC proposing to acquire the company. Initial proposal of US$100 million was rejected in August 2024. Second proposal in January 2025 was not entertained due to exclusivity with another potential acquiror. Future Pak has not completed any due diligence on the Company. Potential Acquiror has performed extensive due diligence and negotiations are ongoing for a potential acquisition.
