NVIDIA is partnering with manufacturers to produce AI supercomputers in the U.S. for the first time. With over a million square feet of space in Arizona and Texas, production of Blackwell chips has begun in Phoenix. Supercomputer manufacturing plants in Texas are expected to ramp up in the next 12-15 months.

The AI chip and supercomputer supply chain requires advanced manufacturing technologies. NVIDIA is working with Amkor and SPIL for packaging and testing operations in Arizona. Plans are in place to produce up to half a trillion dollars of AI infrastructure in the U.S. within the next four years.

NVIDIA AI supercomputers are a key component in the new AI industry. The company plans to build “gigawatt AI factories” in the coming years, creating hundreds of thousands of jobs and driving trillions of dollars in economic security. Manufacturing in the U.S. will strengthen the supply chain and meet the growing demand for AI chips.

NVIDIA will utilize AI, robotics, and digital twin technologies to design and operate the manufacturing facilities. By using NVIDIA Omniverse to create digital twins of factories and NVIDIA Isaac GR00T to build robots for automation, the company aims to boost efficiency and productivity in the production process.
