SAGA Metals Corp. has completed its maiden drill program at the Radar Titanium-Vanadium project in Labrador. The final batch of core samples has been sent for analysis, with results expected in May. The program confirmed a large mineralized mafic intrusion with potential for vanadium and titanium extraction.
The Town of Cartwright expressed support for the Radar Project after the successful completion of the drill program. Mayor Robyn Holwell stated the town’s full support for SAGA Metals’ exploration efforts in identifying ore deposits in Labrador.
The maiden drill program at the Radar Project aimed to test a magnetic anomaly at the Hawkeye Zone. Results showed 130-200 meters of magnetite layering, consistent correlation between anomalies and mineralized zones, and open layered Fe-Ti-V mineralization at depth.
SAGA Metals Corp. has begun a magnetic and electromagnetic survey at the Trapper Zone following the success of the maiden drill program. The survey aims to delineate follow-up drill targets along the oxide layer zone and enhance confidence for future drilling in the region.
SAGA Metals Corp. is a North American mining company focused on critical mineral exploration. Their flagship project, the Double Mer Uranium Project, covers 25,600 hectares in Labrador.
