DSV has completed the final closing conditions for acquiring German logistics provider Schenker. The deal will create a combined entity with revenue of $43.5 billion, surpassing the current leading global forwarder. The joint workforce will total around 147,000 employees at 1,850 locations in 130 countries. The acquisition will be finalized on April 30.
