URBN reported a 12.3% increase in total net sales for Q3 2025, reaching a record $1.53bn. Gross profit rate rose by 31 basis points, with gross profit dollars up 13.3% to $563.3m. Net income for the quarter was $116.4m, an improvement from $102.9m last year.

CEO Richard A. Hayne expressed satisfaction with record revenues and profits, highlighting consistent comparable sales growth across Retail, Subscription, and Wholesale segments. Anthropologie’s net sales hit $634.8m, Free People saw $399.3m, Urban Outfitters reached $339.8m, and Nuuly’s net sales soared to $144.6m. Menus & Venues brand had a modest increase to $10.8m.

URBN’s Retail segment net sales rose by 9.6%, Subscription segment by 48.7%, and Wholesale segment by 7.6%. Total inventory as of October 31 increased by 5.9%, with Retail segment inventory up 6.3% and Wholesale segment inventory remaining flat. The growth in Retail segment inventory was due to increased sales.
