Treasuries rose on Monday, with the ten-year yield falling to 4.180 percent, the lowest in three months. Concerns about Trump’s proposed tariffs boosted demand for safe-haven assets. The ISM reported U.S. manufacturing activity slipped slightly in February but still indicated growth. The prices index surged to 62.4, the largest increase since January 2024. Construction spending unexpectedly edged lower in January. Trading on Tuesday is expected to react to news about Trump’s tariffs on Mexico and Canada.
