Transflo has expanded its leadership team, appointing Dwayne Primeau as president of Assured Telematics Innovation (ATI). Founder Frank Pellitta will now serve as chief telematics officer, focusing on product innovation. The company processes $115 billion in annual freight bills and aims to deliver real-time communications in the transportation industry.

Primeau joins ATI with over 20 years of experience in technology and enterprise solutions, previously holding leadership roles at Xerox and Salesforce. The merger between Transflo and ATI in 2023 aims to enhance end-to-end solutions for fleet customers, improving efficiency and cash flow. The appointment of Primeau follows the recent hiring of Jay Tomasello as chief technology officer.

Pellitta, the founder of ATI, built the company into a nationwide provider of telematics for commercial fleets. With Primeau as president, Pellitta will focus on engineering and product innovation, accelerating the market launch of new technologies. Primeau expressed excitement to join Transflo, noting the company’s strong position in connected vehicle technology and ELD solutions.
